Befesa. Steel and Galvanization Waste Recycling

Befesa, a subsidiary company of Abengoa, is an international company for environmental services, specialized in the integrated management of industrial wastes and the generation and management of water.

Befesa's activities of industrial waste management are divided into three business units: integrated environmental services for industry, aluminum waste recycling and steel and galvanization waste recycling.

The business unit steel and galvanization waste recycling (Befesa S&G) belongs to Befesa Zinc S.L. In its three operational sub-units it carries out the treatment and recycling of steel and stainless steel dusts as well as of galvanizing residues.

The fourth sub-unit services and logistic, Befesa Zinc Commercial and Befesa Steel Services, provides integrated and custom-tailored disposal and logistic concepts, offers the support for obtaining the required permits and notifications and carries out the product marketing within the three operational sub-units of Befesa.
